Our programmes combine trusted personal guidance with digital tools that enhance—not replace—the human touch. Recent research we conducted with 1,000 employees across Ireland reveals this clearly. While many are curious about AI-driven financial guidance, a majority still value human support when making financial decisions. Trust, empathy, and personalisation matter—especially when financial wellbeing is on the line. That’s why we place people at the centre of everything we do. Our technology, like the Pegasus platform, helps us scale and streamline—but it’s our experienced financial wellbeing coaches and engaging live sessions that truly move the dial.
